Notice is hereby given that the City of Pratt, Kansas, was presented with a Petition for proving for vacation of the following alley in the City of Pratt, Kansas, pursuant to K.S. A. 12-504 et seq.: The East 72 and ½ feet of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 1 of Frisco Addition to the City of Pratt, Pratt County, Kansas except that part sold for highway purposes.
That the petition will be presented to the Pratt City Commission on April 3, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Any person interested in the proposed vacation may appear and be heard under the petition.
