The City of Pratt City Clerk/Utility Billing Supervisor will be retiring in December. The City Clerk/Utility Billing Supervisor collects all money due to the City for the payment of license fees or taxes, permits and utilities/services offered by the City. He or she handles billing for the water, electric, sewer and trash departments. He or she also prepares the agenda and records the minutes of all regular City Commission meetings, among other various duties. The City Clerk/Utility Billing Supervisor is appointed by and reports directly to the City Manager. Full job description can be found here and application for employment here.
